During the 90 and early 2000s it was legal and common for homeowners to be the General Contractor for their own house. Permits and licensing was threw the homeowner. Our unique education and experience gave the home owner the tools they needed to complete the entire project. One crew completing all the phases of the project. Our work was always in compliance with all city codes. Inspectors and working with the city utilities companies was common practice.
